Star Cricket Schedule 2011 : Live Opening ceremony of ICC Cricket World cup 2011: The greatest battle in cricket world(CRICKET EXTRAVAGANZA) is all set to start from 19th February 2011. The opening ceremony of ICC Cricket World cup 2011 has started in Dhaka of Bangladesh on 17th February 2011 in Bangabandhu Stadium. Bryan Adams, leading Bollywood singer- Sonu Nigam and the Indian trinity of Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy will perform in the event. ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 Opening Ceremony live on STAR Cricket. Cricket World Cup 2011, With participation of 14 teams, by Sub-continent teams - India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka tournament features 49 matches with the final. The excitement has doubled this time

1)On TV : ESPNStar has the broadcasting rights and Star Cricket along with ESPN and Star Sports will be broadcasting the series live in India and few other countries. Doordarshan will also be showing selected matches live. For other countres, Sky Sports will broadcast in UK, SuperSport in South Africa etc.
